Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will have their treatment shortened to accommodate the following customer. Please ensure that cell phones are turned off before your treatment begins. Please refrain from bringing kids and pets to your appointment. This will ensure a clean, sterile and relaxing treatment.
Your appointments are very important to us here at aura skin care and laser, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
We will require all clients to have a credit card on file to hold their reservation. Cancellations within less than 48 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee for appointments over 1 hour long and $35 for all other appointments. You will not be charged unless there is a no show or late cancellation, so we ask kindly to please give us 48 hour notice for cancellations.
